Your Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, safe deposit boxes, and basic financial products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loan and investment products to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
