Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-money laundering regulations
- Utilize banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry) for transaction processing
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash responsibly
- Pass background check and credit check
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
