Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions and balance drawers accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, resolving inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, explaining banking products, and completing paperwork.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank services and meet sales goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank security policies, KYC regulations, and operational procedures.
- Perform daily reconciliation of vault cash and teller drawers to maintain audit standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math and handle cash with a high degree of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
