Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, CDs, and loan products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Follow all bank security protocols and compliance regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong math skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
