Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Operate bank equipment (cash drawers, scanners, ATMs) provided by the bank
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing account inquiries
- Uphold security protocols for cash handling and sensitive information
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Complete daily reconciliation reports and transaction audits
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
