Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and financial goals
- Learn and apply security procedures for cash handling and fraud prevention

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
