Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ daily clients through personalized financial guidance
- Master cash handling procedures and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Open new accounts and educate clients on digital banking platforms
- Uphold strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in quarterly sales training to achieve cross-selling goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays (8am-1pm)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn banking software
- Attention to detail with 0% transaction error tolerance
- Pass background check and credit screening
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
