Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, scanners, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Balance daily transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Learn and adhere to strict security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided banking equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
