Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and balancing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Adhere to banking regulations (BSA, AML, KYC)
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Operate teller systems and digital banking tools
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
