Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and account deposits.
- Greet customers warmly and provide top-tier customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist in the opening and closing of bank branches, ensuring security and operational readiness.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and routine questions with professionalism and patience.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to banking compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
- A strong ethical character and commitment to confidentiality.
