Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account transfers for customers.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Cash Management: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to strict security and audit policies.
- Product Promotion: Assist customers in understanding and applying for our financial products, such as loans and savings accounts.
- Administrative Duties: Help open new accounts, process loan documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state banking regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience is required. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Math Skills: Strong basic math skills with the ability to handle money with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
