Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for clients.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining existing customer files with precision.
- Cash Handling: Manage the cash drawer, balance daily transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and explain bank products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards to customers.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards during daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal communication.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn and grow within the financial industry.
