Responsibilities
- Customer Transactions: Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Client Service: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering account inquiries and assisting with financial needs.
- Product Promotion: Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products, such as savings accounts and debit cards.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict bank security protocols, anti-money laundering laws, and internal policies to ensure the safety of funds.
- Cash Management: Perform daily cash reconciliation, balance cash drawers, and prepare daily settlement reports.
- Team Support: Collaborate with branch management and staff to maintain an efficient and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience is necessary. We are looking for trainees!
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedules.
