Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products
- Balance cash drawer and maintain audit compliance
- Operate branch technology (ATMs, digital banking tools)
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
