Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional, friendly demeanor while managing the teller line efficiently.
- Verify customer identification and documents to ensure strict compliance with bank regulations and security protocols.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual sales targets and assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and complete settlement reports at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; associate degree in finance or business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Basic math proficiency with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check as a condition of employment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the trainee program.
