- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Utilize core banking software and digital platforms to assist customers
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
- Must pass background check and federal banking compliance requirements
