Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Deliver outstanding member service through friendly, efficient interactions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Operate banking software and digital banking platforms
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- No banking experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
