Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99% accuracy
- Deliver outstanding in-person and virtual customer service via phone/video calls
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Actively promote bank products and services to customers
- Collaborate with branch team members to resolve account inquiries
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in remote training modules and virtual coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with digital banking platforms and video conferencing tools
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Valid California driver's license for occasional branch visits
- Previous customer service experience preferred
