Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining strict cash handling protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and anti-fraud protocols
- Contribute to branch operational goals through accurate transaction processing
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial acumen and technical skills
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and financial software
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Attention to detail with zero-error handling of financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical banking standards
- Valid Arizona driver's license for potential branch travel
