Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at teller window and drive-through lanes
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries and problem resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking systems and procedures
- Contribute to branch cleanliness and professional appearance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
