Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ customers daily while maintaining branch security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with basic product inquiries
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize core banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry) for transaction processing
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking regulations and compliance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain financial products clearly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit assessment
- Availability to work Saturdays (rotating schedule)
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn digital banking platforms
