Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications under supervision
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through digital and in-person channels
- Learn and master banking software and compliance procedures
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions and skill assessments
- Collaborate with branch teams to resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with digital banking apps and basic software
- Ability to work 4-5 days/week in Phoenix branch with remote flexibility
- Pass background check and credit check (no major derogatories)
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown Phoenix
- Banking or customer service experience a plus
