Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and basic troubleshooting.
- Learn and assist with opening new accounts and explaining account features.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all bank security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
