Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional financial guidance.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) terminal and handle credit card transactions.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily bank drawers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
