Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and meet financial goals.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards.
- Perform end-of-day balancing and cash reconciliation to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with branch operations, including maintaining the lobby, managing queues, and securing the vault.
- Maintain strict compliance with all banking regulations and internal security policies.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting cash bags.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
