Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Open new accounts and explain product features and benefits to clients.
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the sales of bank products, including credit cards and loans, to meet branch targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all bank security and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for this trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
