Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Process a high volume of cash transactions with 100% accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account closures and balance inquiries.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Balance the cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Utilize bank software to update customer records and process transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
