Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Verify check endorsements and cash checks securely.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for Trainees.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn banking software.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
