Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and maintaining a clean work area.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal controls.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and account issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
