Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Learn and adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Support the branch manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
