Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with opening new accounts and performing basic administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash and currency with precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and credit check.
