Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service at teller line and via phone
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Assist with new account openings and basic inquiries
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Support branch operations as assigned by management
