Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process a wide range of transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Open new accounts and assist existing clients with account inquiries and product information.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, compliance regulations, and security procedures.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products and services to maximize client value.
- Keep the teller station and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedules.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of the hiring process.
