Responsibilities
- Process daily cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve account issues with professionalism.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with safe deposit box rentals.
- Verify and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist with the daily maintenance of the lobby and branch operations.
- Learn and adhere to all bank compliance and security regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to count money rapidly and accurately.
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check (for financial positions).
