Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Assist in the opening and closing of new accounts while ensuring strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as credit cards, savings accounts, and wealth management solutions, to meet branch targets.
- Maintain accurate records of cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure balance.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on digital banking tools and improve their financial literacy.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as banking hours vary.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check in accordance with federal banking regulations.
