Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual customer needs and branch sales goals.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products in a clear and professional manner.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, regulatory compliance standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle cash drawers with precision and maintain accurate daily reconciliation reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
