Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and handling withdrawals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, providing financial advice, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and using digital banking platforms.
- Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security protocols.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers maximize their financial potential with the bank.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a welcoming and efficient branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for our trainee positions.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensing and certifications upon hire.
