Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account operations through structured training
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and building client relationships
- Learn compliance protocols including anti-money laundering regulations and security procedures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and vault reconciliation
- Participate in cross-functional training to understand banking products and services
- Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying opportunities for referrals
- Complete all certification requirements within the training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software and willingness to learn banking systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for potential branch rotations)
- Commitment to completing the full 12-week training program
