Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process daily deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for a high volume of customers.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service by answering account inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers to the appropriate resources.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift and reconcile daily transactions.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and effectively cross-sell our suite of financial products, including savings accounts and credit cards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols to ensure a safe banking environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers and senior tellers to ensure smooth daily branch operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for dedicated candidates.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail are essential.
