Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Learn to open new accounts, assist with loan documentation, and cross-sell banking products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and balance the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards and internal security policies.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash with high accuracy.
- Must be eligible to pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
