Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, products, and services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cash checks and assist with currency exchange and foreign transactions.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies to ensure audit compliance.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet customer financial needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be bondable and pass a comprehensive background check.
