Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Open new accounts and explain bank products and services to clients effectively.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby environment.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be eligible for Bonding (background check required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
