Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Identify and cross-sell Chase products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and ensure strict adherence to branch security and compliance procedures.
- Assist in daily branch operations and support the branch manager in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for the trainee program.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedules.
