Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and card services.
- Introduce and explain bank products and services to promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred).
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
