Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-traffic downtown branch
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Participate in mandatory 8-week teller certification training program
- Support branch operations through general administrative tasks
- Learn and adhere to all federal banking regulations and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Must pass background check and credit screening

- Availability for weekday training (9am-5pm) and weekend shifts
