Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build authentic relationships with diverse clientele through exceptional service
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial acumen
- Contribute to branch security procedures and loss prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Zero banking experience required – passion for service essential
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
