Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 99.5% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service resolving account inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Train on digital banking platforms and emerging fintech solutions
- Support branch operations through weekend rotation as needed
- Participate in quarterly compliance and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Proficiency with basic math concepts and cash handling
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for weekday training (9 AM - 5 PM) for 8-week period
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
