Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Train on advanced systems: Finxera, Fiserv Core, and CRM platforms
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass background check and credit assessment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Availability for weekday training (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Commitment to 12-month employment post-training
