Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients in person and via phone
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Assist with marketing campaigns and product promotions
- Learn and adhere to banking compliance regulations
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
