Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in promoting bank services and cross-selling financial products to existing clients.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
